At EMI, we will always put your safety and the safety of your attendees first. As a full-service event management provider, we will follow current CDC guidelines and best practices and will integrate your company’s protocols into our planning and event execution.

Policies & Procedures
Mask Up.
All attendees and staff are required to wear masks in public places until further notice. This includes in meetings and activities.
Prior to an event, safety kits and other meeting materials will be sent to attendees.
Disinfect.
We will only work with hotels and venues with demonstrable sanitizing practices that meet or exceed CDC guidelines.
Clean Hands.
Sanitizer stations will be readily available throughout the event space. We encourage the use of hand sanitizer and frequent hand washing.
Food stations will be attended by servers or food will be fully wrapped at self-serve stations.
Social Distance.
Social distancing guidelines will be followed at all times including while seated in breakout rooms and dining events.
Symptom Checks.
Attendees may be asked to have their temperature checked and affirm that they are not suffering from known flu-like symptoms.
Transport.
Transportation companies will be required to disinfect vehicles prior to use. Spacing guidelines and limited seating will be used to maintain social distancing.
